ANDERSON CHONG — Director/Technology & Operations Manager
Anderson has considerable experience within the IT industry, providing strategic and operational advice and expertise, to large multinational companies, including global investment banks, CIBC World Markets and Deutsche Bank AG. Anderson is also experienced in Project Management and network and system administration and has been engaged in national and regional roles throughout Asia and Australia, including Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taiwan and India.
Anderson has vast experience in managing projects in the financial services sector including the establishment of Dealer trading rooms, establishment of Helpdesk facilities, office relocations and large-scale hardware and software deployment.
Anderson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in International Business and Information Technology, and is a member of the Australian Computer Society.
CHRIS HILL — Director/General Manager
Chris has been involved in the IT industry for over 10 years. During this time he has held a variety of positions in finance, retail, e-commerce and education environments. He has had national responsibility for all aspects of technology development, implementation and operation with companies such as Hartley Poynton and CIBC World Markets.
Most recently, Chris has been engaged in a variety of business management positions, and has been responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating strategic, operational and structural improvement projects, which has enabled him to ensure a strong link between business functions, objectives and technology. In addition, Chris has utilized his business advisory and management experiences with large national and multi-national organizations, to assist a number of smaller organizations as a Director or Consultant.
Chris is currently enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (Executive) program at the Australian Graduate School of Management and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
PAUL BLACKMAN — System Administrator
Paul has a wide range of network/systems administration skills and experience, acquired over 12+ years in the IT industry, in a variety of environments including Education, Financial Services and Telecom industries. His unique set of skills and experience, combined with a strong background in customer service, enable Paul to achieve positive results for clients through the delivery of expert support, strategic advice and guidance.
Paul has experience with the full range of Microsoft technologies, and is certified and experienced in high end Comm.’s technologies (specialising in CISCO), including the design, implementation and maintenance of technologies surrounding LAN’s/WAN’s, remote access, data centres and Server rooms. Paul also has strong experience with disaster recovery solutions, Symantec, SharePoint, Virtualised environments (VMware) and Citrix product suites which enable him to work effectively in a diverse range of client environments.
SAM BOELENS — Network Administrator
Sam has extensive experience in large government departments having been a member of the IT team with Department of Culture and the Arts, which supported 1200 employees. Whilst relatively young, Sam has a great customer service ethic and a natural affinity with computers and as such is able to provide a wide range of network support for clients. Sam has experience with a wide range of Microsoft and non-Microsoft products including Macintosh, Novell and Cisco hardware and software.
Sam is currently supplementing his knowledge with formal training in VMware and is working toward his Microsoft Certified System Engineer certification.
ANTHONY GODIN — Development Manager
Anthony has over 15 years experience in Information Technology, ranging from black box design through to complete custom management systems, with hands-on experience covering the full software development lifecycle. Over the last 10 years Anthony has worked with a wide variety of clients around the world including America, the United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong, in industries such as e-Commerce, Finance, m-Commerce, Manufacturing, Resources and Retail.
Anthony's wide range of skills and experience enables him to adopt the best combination of hardware and software to achieve the best solution for the customer, rather than being restricted particular platforms or programming languages.
Recently returning to Australia, Anthony's professionalism, experience and skill set enable iQuest to broaden the range & nature of projects they engage in.
