Mathew McCabe began his journey with iQuest in 2013 as a work experience student. Over the years, he gained experience across nearly every area of the company, including the service desk, system administration, and sales. In 2020, he embraced the opportunity to advance as Director of Operations and part business owner.

As Director of Operations, Mathew leverages his comprehensive skill set to manage and optimise iQuest’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. He plays a key role in developing and executing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading process enhancements. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, Mathew aligns operations with organisational goals, supported by his in-depth understanding of iQuest's products and services.
